I use to build fine, custom furniture. Now I spend my time designing custom websites for clients that reinforce their brand. Having primarily used Grip Creative as the business front for all client work over the last two years, I am now changing the focus to be the creative hub for all my design endeavors!
For some quick links to my design portfolio click hereThis site was by far one of the most challenging of my career as a web designer. We spent a lot of time exploring, creating and refining until I had "captured" the essence of what Michael wanted his online presence to represent.
I did quite a bit more then just design and code this site. I did all the photography with Michael in various places of Colorado. I also captured some video of him that will eventually find its way on to the site.
I designed the branding, cd packaging, website and hand coded this website for this Texas based ministry. I was retained by GreenTent for this entire project
I designed this website when I was partnered with GreenTent to test conversions on one of their landing pages. Sweet font embedding with Cufon, and nicely done up form elements were create to make quick changes on the fly.
While I was partnered with GreenTent this was one of the few designs that I did for their site. It almost went live, but we decided that it didn't best represent the business. I still like it for its unique approach though. And it was very fun!
Updated a website that was originally designed in the 90's. I also added extensive business functionality that included SSL forms, CMS, Email Marketing and CRM
We worked very closely with book author Michael D. Warden to create a online presence for his trilogy of fantasy novels.
One of my first websites and i'm still not ashamed to show it. This was a fun project because I was responsible for the branding, badge, signage and website design.
Alas, not all websites last forever. This site is long gone from the interwebz, but the design remains strong and worth the effort to show it to you, the general public yet again.
This is another website that never saw the light of day, I hope that NorthEast Outdoor Events gets off the ground and we can use some part of this to build out a great site that backs up their mission statement.
This was one major project. I was responsible for 99% of the design, html/css/js and most importantly bringing the branding up to date. I created the icon used in the header as well as all visual design.
Idea for a web services that didn't get off the ground.
